Account & Data Deletion Steps
We value your privacy. Follow the simple steps below to request the deletion of your account and associated data.

If you are a user of ReceptionMate or any other digital products or services provided by MedCortico, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account along with all associated patient, billing, inventory, and operational data. We will delete your account within the timeframe specified below.
Request Process
Compose an Email
Open your email client and compose a new email to MedCortico IT support at support@medcortico.com (cc: medcortico@gmail.com).
Set the Subject Line
To ensure your request is routed and processed immediately by our automated workflows, set the subject line of the email exactly to:

Provide Account Details
In the email body, please include all the relevant registration details ("all the deets") to verify your account ownership:
- Full Name: The name associated with your clinical practice or account.
- Registered Email: The email address used to log in or register the software.
- Associated Phone Number: The phone number associated with your account or clinic registration.
- Application Name: Specify the application (e.g., ReceptionMate, EMR, etc.) from which you want your data removed.
Processing & Deletion
Once our IT support team receives your email, we will verify the ownership of the account to prevent unauthorized deletion. Upon successful verification, we will permanently delete your account and all associated data in 90 days.
Important Note: Please note that once data deletion is finalized, this action is irreversible. All records, including billing history, patient lists, and transaction reports, will be permanently deleted from our secure cloud storage.
Why is there a 90-day deletion timeframe?
Our 90-day timeframe ensures that all cached files, cloud database records, secure backups, and transactional logs are systematically purged from our network while maintaining database integrity and compliance with medical record retention standards.
